Dr. Schuster will discuss the context and process by which the Child HCAHPS survey was developed, the results of the national field test and information about the AHRQ website. Jodie Cunningham will provide an update on Press Ganey?s experience with CAHPS and approach to the Child CAHPS initiative, including available survey and reporting options.
