Understanding the Patient Experience
Learn how one urban academic medical group, which serves vulnerable populations, improved its CGCAHPS percentile rank 16 points in one year using an interprofessional, team-based improvement methodology. In this interactive session, participants will work in teams to apply these simple tactics to their own organizations? improvement challenges. Each participant will take home a Patient Experience Improvement Toolkit full of ?little-to-no cost? tactics that they can apply in their environments.
