Implementing Patient Experience Improvement Strategies The presenters will offer interactive empathy training designed to promote comfort, professionalism and respect in a hospital setting. Attendees will gain insight into how empathy can be learned and practiced. The session includes a mindfulness component to teach stress-reducing tools that can help attendees connect with themselves, patients and one another through empathy.
