Creating Value from HR Data Assets - a Federal HR Data Model

Boota Virdi, Manager, Deloitte Consulting, LLP, has over 15 years of technical management experience in the telecom, financial services and federal industries. He has architected and implemented numerous data warehouses, executive performance dashboards, data cleansing systems, and data governance models.
