There are two sides to human capital analytics. One is the process of analyzing and predicting the potential value of talent investments. The other is the reporting of investment results. Both profit and not-for-profits need to know the outcome of talent expenditures. This session will describe how organizations are applying human capital analytics and impact reporting to link HR programs to operating and financial outcomes. Attendees will receive a copy of the copyrighted HCM:21 analytic template and the Human Capital Impact Statement.

Presenters:
Jac Fitz-enz, Ph.D., CEO, Human Capital Source, is the father of HR metrics and recipient of IHRIM's Chairman's Award. He is the author of The ROI of Human Capital and The New HR Analytics and creator of HCM:21 the first HR predictive analytic tool in 2008.

Jeff Higgins, CEO, Human Capital Management Institute, is the undisputed leader in talent financial reporting. A former CFO, he guides organizations in transforming talent management data into operating and financial reports. His Human Capital Impact Statement was the feature story in the November 2011 edition of CFO magazine.
