Research Based Recommendations for Developing a More Effective e-Recruiting Strategy
Richard Johnson, Ph.D., HRIP
Format: MP3 Audio Download

Despite the widespread adoption of technology in the support of recruiting, the rapidly evolving technology landscape means that organizations are always facing the challenge of what technology to use and how to apply it. What is often lacking for organizations is a platform neutral understanding of the key factors that can help them most effectively design an e-recruiting strategy in the evolving technological landscape. In this presentation, Richard Johnson will provide recommendations for how organizations can implement the most effective e-recruiting strategies based upon information from over 70 scientific studies.

Richard Johnson, Ph.D., HRIP, Associate Professor & Department Chair, University at Albany, has published over 30 articles on training, human resource technology, and human-computer interaction. He teaches MBA courses on HR and HR Information Systems.
