Integrated communications is the process to maximize impact across multiple mediums by strategically aligning core communications messages. This session will outline communications strategies and methods to most effectively communicate financial aid messages to all constituents via various media forums, including print media, web presentation, audio visual production, social media, and e-mail. This session will: Outline a workflow for the timely update and presentation of information on the web, addressing content placement, relevance and accuracy; Describe the development and implementation of a financial aid social media presence that is aligned with the organization's social media presence; Demonstrate the leveraging of products that are timely and targeted to the financial aid discussion; and Provide suggestions for accurately communicating policy and regulatory changes and updated processes.
