Bobby started his career in the Automotive Aftermarket in 1978. His experience includes sales in both automotive and heavy duty with emphasis in hydraulics. He has served in many positions throughout the years and in 1999 accepted a position with Gates Corporation. His current position as Manager of Training for North America affords Bobby the opportunity to work closely with automotive customers educating them on problems associated with accessory belt drive and coolant systems. Bobby served as a past board member of the Mississippi Automotive Wholesalers Association. Currently he serves as Foundation Chair for the NACAT Foundation, Treasure of Automotive Training Managers Council (ATMC) and is a member of the AAIA Educational Committee.
