She will share how she went from online research to visiting her family?s homeland and their migration to Cleveland. Koblitz will present the process of family research, with guidance from genealogist Julius M?ller, resulting in establishing connections in the Czech Republic including involvement in the purchase and restoration of the Pacov Synagogue. She will speak about her travels to the Czech Republic, using resources such as the Jewish and National Archives in Prague as well as smaller towns and villages in which her family called home. Her friendship with Rabbi Kliment from Brno led to an emotional prayer at her great great great great Grandmother?s final resting place in the Babcice Cemetery in Southern Bohemia.
