"We've all heard of the midlife crises, but what is a quarter-life crisis? So many 20-somethings are struggling to find their footing. They're questioning the goals they thought they were working toward, and wondering what the point of it all is. A quarter-life crisis is a period of intense soul-searching, self-doubt, and anxiety that typically occurs in a person's mid-20's to early 30s. It usually stems from the pressure to meet societal expectations - such as career milestones or settling down - leaving individuals feeling stuck, lost, and constantly comparing themselves to their peers. This workshop will focus on understanding the unique challenges this age group is experiencing and how we as a profession can help them reclaim their focus, direction, and excitement."
