The goal of We Energies' onboarding re-design project was to eliminate a labor intensive and ineffective in-person new hire orientation. Learn what they did to deliver an on time and on budget new process where information is now pushed out to new hires prior to their start date, automating nearly all new hire paperwork. We Energies was able to reduce the amount of time spent in HR on day one to only 5-10 minutes and provides a consistent approach with company messages to all new hires. IHRIM recognized this successful project with an IHRIM 2013 Project of the Year Award.
