Driving past the seemingly endless corn fields of Iowa this year, this thought struck me?. ?America?s modern agriculture has become incredibly good at doing all the wrong things!?Yes, we have achieved extreme efficiency. And as a result we have cheap food. But we are sicker than ever, real farmers are going broke, and factory farm agriculture is killing the planet. Every hour, the topsoil of a forty-acre farm floats down the Mississippi River. So, let?s build a blueprint for making all our food real. Cows on grass, chickens scratching in the dirt and happy pigs in a mud puddle! When we focus on restoring the life in the soil, building high Brix plants, the traditional genetics and natural rearing of domesticated animals, we are talking about not only feeding the world, we are talking about feeding the world real food. Save the planet, and have fun doing it.
