Electrical failures are one of the leading causes of fires and also generate costly repairs and downtime. This session will show how use of a thermal imaging camera can identify areas of potential failure. You will see a real-life demonstration of an infrared camera as well as actual images of problems found during infrared scanning.

Craig Tuokkola is a property specialist with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. He is a NFPA member and serves on NFPA 80A. He is also a Certified Infrared Thermographer, Certified Fire Protection Specialist and Certified Safety Professional. Craig has over ten years of experience in conducting infrared scans and has performed hundreds of scans at facilities including industrial, healthcare and business occupancies.
