On October 29, 2010, the U. S. Department of Education published new regulations governing the Title IV student aid programs in an effort to ensure program integrity at higher education institutions. These regulations were designed to ensure that only eligible students receive aid and required colleges and universities across the nation to review and update their Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policies. These new rules went into effective on July 1, 2010. One year later, are you certain your institution is in compliance? Do you still have unanswered questions about SAP you would like to ask your fellow colleagues? Do you have any concerns about how you have implemented the SAP regulations? If you can answer "yes" to any of these questions, then this session is perfect for you! Speak openly among colleagues and get answers to your issues!
