Implementing Patient Experience Improvement Strategies
As a new provider group, St. Elizabeth Physicians was challenged with establishing a culture of service and developing a platform from which an enhanced patient experience could develop. To address challenges and move forward on this path, the multispecialty physician organization developed the ?Engrained in Excellence? program. The presenters will discuss this four-year, four-phase prescriptive strategy that includes more than 60 modules specifically designed to encompass cultural development, service delivery, service recovery, innovation, rewards and recognition.
