Enabled by deep patient, employee and physician data, analytics can pinpoint increasingly granular levels of improvement opportunities across the care continuum. This session will explain how the patient suffering framework can be operationalized, tested and measured through segmentation and sub-segmentation. The speaker will illustrate analytics that identify broad patterns in the data and the underlying drivers that are uncovered when drilling deeper into the data.
