This session?s presenters will share how the Inpatient Neurology and General Pediatric Floor at Children?s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) improved the experience of patients, families, and staff. Learn how CHOP improved its overall top-box scores by conducting weekly reviews of Press Ganey Priorities and iRound trends; incorporating patient and family experience data into unit staff meetings, huddles, and newsletters; recognizing staff for embracing a patient- and family-centered culture; engaging physician partners, unit leaders, and staff in the initiative; and developing, implementing, and evaluating tests of change to improve the experience of patients, families, and staff.
