The University of Virginia strives to consistently improve processes and the patient experience. While examining providers' patient experience scores, leaders noticed that one group in particular consistently ranked in the top 10 percentile. Presenters will discuss the use of qualitative data analysis to identify the skillsets top performers use to create an excellent patient experience, how they disseminated this information throughout the organization, and how they created peer-taught classes for providers. They will also share how they used data as a tool to influence cultural institutional change.
