HR vendor management is an increasingly important and challenging topic compounded now by the proliferation of SaaS and outsourced service delivery models. During this session, Michael Martin and Karen Piercy will provide participants with the steps to establish the most effective governance structure for on-premise, SaaS and outsourced service delivery models; explore specific areas of contracting such as termination and renewal clauses; explain how to handle off-shoring and agreeing to pricing thresholds as you select a new system to ensure HR can most effectively manage and partner with technology vendors; and show specific recent examples of critical service level agreements (SLA's) for each model.
