What makes people successful? Why do some people fail, and others succeed? Is it possible to predict when and where it will happen? These questions sparked 20 years of research that produced a revolutionary new perspective on the traditional world of assessments and team building. Every role and team in every organization has a unique 'fingerprint' of what makes it successful. Focusing on skills and personality alone will not guarantee that you can effectively determine this success. We welcome you to join us for a discussion on how behavioral benchmarking provides a fresh approach to positive employee outcomes.

Presenter:
Gerrit Zaayman, President, PeopleSync, has travelled extensively through several continents where he has gained insight into some of the different cultures and people that make up the global work force. His experience includes growing and managing organizations in both start-up environments and traditional companies.

Adrian Wood, VP Business Development, PeopleSync, has spent over 20 years in customer facing positions ranging from sales and marketing, to fulfillment and account management. His career focus has been on rapid growth companies that provide highly scalable solutions and service to enterprise clients.
