Qualcomm has created an online, automated off boarding tool that is easily adaptable to the varying business requirements in different countries. This session will include a live, real-time demonstration of this off boarding tool that has received positive feedback from Qualcomm's HR teams and departing employees around the world. Additionally, Gary Morlock and Julia Cain will discuss how the tool was created and is adaptable to local needs.

Gary Morlock, HRIP, Senior TRM Project Manager, Qualcomm, Incorporated, has 19+ years of HR technology experience including 13+ years working with Qualcomm's award winning, home-grown, worldwide HRMS. He's been involved in all aspects of developing the HRMS, encompassing all of the human resources disciplines.

Julia Cain, Senior HRMS Manager, Qualcomm, Incorporated, has 14+ years of experience in human resources including 11 years focused on implementing technology solutions concentrating on reducing HR's transactional burden. She has led Qualcomm's charge into a paperless HR environment and been heavily focused on process improvements/ automation.
